This product is a medium coarse granulated maize meal which will have a white appearance and minimum amount of germ, husk and black speck contamination. When cooked the product will be soft and gives a creamy smooth taste to the palate. The viscosity of the product will be reliant on the amount of water used during the cooking process and largely depend on the desired taste of each consumer.
