A raw material used in the spice industry as the spice or flavour carrier. Reduced moisture and low fat content increases machine flow ability and shelf life of final product. Available in GMO and GMO-Free.
Our mills are located in a key maize producing region of South Africa. As a result, we can effectively source top quality South African maize that has been sun ripened and naturally dried.
Characteristics
Moderately fine granular texture. White in colour. Degerminated and bran-free.
