A low fat grits used for extrusion in breweries. Available in GMO and GMO-Free.
Our mills are located in a key maize producing region of South Africa. As a result, we can effectively source top quality South African maize that has been sun ripened and naturally dried.
Characteristics
Coarse granular texture. White in colour. Degerminated and bran-free.
